Amend or cancel an order

Due to the speed with which we process orders, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to your order.

Therefore if you have made an error and no longer require the product(s) ordered, you should refuse the delivery so that the items are returned back to Pure Electric free of charge.

If you accept delivery and later wish to return products for a full refund you will be charged £20 for courier collection costs.
