Klarna application denied
Klarna’s approval decision is not based solely on credit information, but rather multiple data points such as past payment history, as a result there could be a number of reasons why an application is declined.
If you have any queries, we recommend calling the Klarna customer helpline on 0203 005 0833 or visiting its customer service centre as their experts will be best placed to give you any answers you may need. You can also find more information on their website here: Klarna Help.
Please note: As Klarna is the finance provider, Pure Electric has no control over the application and approval process. As a result we are unable to intervene on your behalf or provide further assistance.
