Connecting to the Pure app
- Turn your E-Scooter on
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
- Open the Pure Electric App and select your E-Scooter (it’ll have a name starting with ZYD_)
- The scooter will do a double ‘beep’ and you’ll see a bluetooth icon on its screen and the app will open the scooter ‘Dashboard’
That’s it! You should now be connected!
If you want to electrically ‘lock’ your scooter, please follow these steps:
- ‘Settings->Advanced Settings->Lock/Unlock’
- Click the lock button
- The default PIN/Passcode is 888888
- You can modify this passcode any time using ‘Settings->Modify Passcode’.
If you experience any issues, please contact your local customer service team.
Note: Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pure scooters do not work with this version of the app.
