I can't find my stem bolts

If you’re struggling to locate the screws for your e-scooter, these are usually found in a small white bag taped to your e-scooter.

These can occasionally work loose during transit in which case conduct a thorough search of the box.

In the very rare circumstance the bolts are missing, please email the customer team at help@pureelectric.com. quoting your order number (this looks like PS12345) and they will get a set posted to you immediately.
