My handlebars are stuck
The handlebars have been designed to lock into firmly into place. As a result they can occasionally stick if you’ve been riding over particularly rough terrain or if you ‘let go’ of the toggles when they are fully pulled back rather than smoothly slotting them into place.
The good news is that its typically a quick fix, just:
- Take the product OFF the kickstand
- Push FIRMLY down on the handlebars 3-4 times
This should ease the mechanism back into a neutral position and allow you to slide the toggles again.
If this hasn’t resolved your problem, please contact our service team on help@pureelectric.com with your order number (it will look like PS12345) and brief details of the issue you’re experiencing and we’ll be in touch to get the problem resolved.
