Hosting our online store
- Shopify - Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Processing payments
- Shopify – Where you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify will store your credit card data and purchase transaction data only for as long as is necessary to complete the purchase transaction (see Terms and Privacy Statement above for further detail);
- Klarna - Where you choose to use Klarna’s payments options, we pass some of your information onto them so that they can assess whether you qualify for their payment options and tailor the payment options for you. Customer Relationship Management
Zendesk and Nice Reply to manage all customer queries that we receive. Your query will be stored on this systems for our records in accordance with our retention policy and only for as long as it is necessary. Delivery Management
- TNT, Parcelforce, Royal Mail, Parcellab and Whistl - We use these providers to help us get your scooter, and other purchases, to you. We pass on some of your order information so that they can do this. Phone System Management
- Ring Central - Our phone system is run using Ring Central. We record all inbound and some outbound calls, the system will automatically notify you when your call is/is not being recorded. Recordings are kept by Ring Central for 90 days before being transferred to our server. We will not usually disclose your personal data other than as set out above. However, there may be circumstances where we need to share personal data other than as anticipated above. These include:
- Where we are legally required to disclose the information, for example because a court orders us to do so;
- Where the disclosure of the personal data is required for the purposes of the prevention and detection of crime. This includes sharing the personal data with tax authorities and law enforcement agencies;

We may need to transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) in order to provide you with the services and products you require.

No fee usually required

What we may need from you
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. Time limit to respond
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
