App Connection Guide

  1. Turn your E-Scooter on
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device
  3. Open the Pure Electric App and select your E-Scooter
    (it'll have a name starting with ZYD_)
  4. The scooter will do a double 'beep' and you'll see a bluetooth icon on its screen and the app will open the scooter 'Dashboard'

✅ That's it! You should now be connected!

If you want to electrically 'lock' your scooter, please follow these steps:

  1. Settings → Advanced Settings → Lock/Unlock
  2. Click the lock button
  3. The default PIN/Passcode is 888888
  4. You can modify this passcode any time using Settings → Modify Passcode

If you experience any issues, please contact your local customer service team.

Note: Gen 1 and Gen 2 Pure scooters do not work with this version of the app.
